Executive Director, Global Sales Programs for Oracle Hospitality Preferred Qualifications Executive Director, Global Sales Programs LOCATION: CANADA (REMOTE) As the Executive Director, Global Sales Programs for Oracle Hospitality you will have an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver on a global strategy to drive new sales programs. This position will lead a team that will partner with Oracle's Hospitality Global Account Management Leadership, Solutions Engineering, Consulting, Marketing and Product Strategy teams to develop and drive programs to reach the buyers and influencers. The responsible will work across Oracle to bring all the products together in comprehensive, value-added and differentiated offerings to achieve wins with Key Customers and Markets. The candidate needs to identify the customer's objectives, constraints, and innovation potential, emphasizing ROI, ROE (Return on Efforts), and developing key value drivers for the customer stakeholders. The candidate must have experience in the Hospitality Industry and preferably with Hotel Chains (Brands and Operators), strategy, IT, CX, distribution, brand, loyalty, and operations. Must have proven sales experience with highly innovative Hospitality solutions (CRS, CRM, PMS, POS, Sales and Event Management, Mobile technologies). The candidate must have an outstanding track record in the Hospitality industry for designing multi-faceted sales programs, organization transformations, Hospitality strategy, Cloud computing, and IT transformation programs. Responsibilities: + Create Go to Market strategy for new programs + Liaise with Marketing, Sales Ops, Solutions Engineering, BDC Management, and the Global Account Management (GAM) Leaders to design programs to pursue new sales initiatives and to reach the end customer + Design and execute campaigns + Design roadshow programs (virtual or in person) to go to regional IT and Operations leaders to educate on our latest product successes within each account and Oracle initiatives and work with the Solutions Engineering team to execute the roadshows. The program is inclusive of all sales activity before and after the roadshow to ensure there is a return on investment. + Target management companies to inform them on Oracle and design programs + Build programs to touch Hotel Ownership Associations across the GAMs. + Design programs to position Oracle’s value against competitors in each region to grow Oracle’s market share. + Work across Oracle to deliver comprehensive sales programs where we have the opportunity to bundle products and bring a more compelling offering to the industry. Experience and Skills required: + 5 years strong sales strategy experience + Go to Market program design and execution including campaigns + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Hospitality Industry knowledge in the areas of hotel operations, IT and cloud transformations + Account-based selling + Strong Leadership skills Detailed Description and Job Requirements Manages people who lead internal projects/programs which focus on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. These projects need a distinct beginning and an end. Manages employees who perform project management duties which involving cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/projects from initiation through delivery and interfaces with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings. Ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills and analytical skills BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
