VCA Chemung Valley Animal Hospital located in Elmira Heights, NY is looking for a Hospital Manager!
We are located in the southern tier of NY in the heart of the Finger Lakes. The area has water sports, hiking, state parks, wineries and breweries, museums, history, casual and safe small-town life – with great schools. We are also located within hours of major cities.

As a Hospital Manager you will:
Interview prospective employees
Hire, train, and review employees
Organize and conduct staff meetings
Oversee client flow to ensure that clients and patients are seen and treated in a professional, timely and competent manner
Qualifications you possess as a Hospital Manager:
High school diploma
Budget management experience
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Human resources skills
Training and client relations experience
Knowledge of the veterinary profession
