IQVIA Hospital Offering Specialist in Porto Salvo, Portugal


  • The main goal of the role will be to be involved in external stakeholders’ s management, building a strong external network enabling the business success and developing new offering

  • This person should have excellent prioritization and communication skills that will ensure the regular contact with the key stakeholders, have knowledge regarding Hospital informatic system and good engagement with hospital players.

  • It will be also needed skills to be capable of identifying new services opportunities for stakeholders and to implement it in the different institutions, able to engage with development teams to design and follow up requirements of the new offerings.

  • Will be responsible for implementing the predefined plan for a specific product, through the engaging with different stakeholders in hospital environment (administrations, hospital pharmacies, informatic system departments...), promoting the relationship of IQVIA with institutions, to ensure that services under the agreement are moving according with the plan, to support hospitals on requirements and to implement new services.

  • This person will also support on offering requirements definition, looking to bring innovative solution to the market and follow up its implementation.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure regular contacts with Key stakeholders for the offering in plan

  • Create new products & suppliers services materials & Services,

  • Develop new concepts, operational and development plans for the product area, communicate project results and recommendations to management team

  • Ensure requirements for project undergo regular review and adhere to product code of conduct guidelines;


  • Higher Business / Bachelor's Degree on healthcare, pharmaceutical, management area

  • Proved experience of 2 years in Hospital area

  • Strong understanding of the hospital market and customers’ needs

  • Strong ability to build trustful and long term relationships with partners and customers

  • Previous experience in project management with local/ international teams

  • Strong critical sense and with a result-oriented drive

  • Experience within Hospital Key stakeholders

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Proactiveness, Critical thinking and Innovation, project execution and excellent organizational skills

  • Complex Problem-Solution oriented person

  • Passion to innovate, learn and drive changes.
