As a Hospital Manager you will:
Interview prospective employees
Hire, train, and review employees
Organize and conduct staff meetings
Oversee client flow to ensure that clients and patients are seen and treated in a professional, timely and competent manner
Qualifications you possess as a Hospital Manager:
High school diploma
Budget management experience
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
Human resources skills
Training and client relations experience
Knowledge of the veterinary profession
