Henry Ford Health System Clinical Nursing Coordinator - Cath Lab - 40 hr/wk - Days - West Bloomfield Hospital in West Bloomfield, Michigan


Under the supervision of Nurse Manager, the Clinical Nursing Coordinator assumes both a clinical and management role. This position is responsible to coordinate and facilitate the provision of patient care services within the department. Assists in quality improvement programs, staffing levels, goals, objectives and policies within the department. May participate in the evaluation, disciplines and discharges personnel.


  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.

  • Two to three years of progressively more responsible nursing and supervisory experience.

  • Interpersonal skills to effectively lead assigned personnel and to communicate with patients, physicians and hospital personnel.

  • Analytical skills to evaluate procedures, techniques, assess problems/identify solutions.

  • Clinical knowledge to evaluate level of patient care in assigned area.

  • Knowledge and skills necessary to identify patient's requirements and provide care appropriate to patient's age specific needs.


  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Michigan.

  • Current BLS certification.
