Must have great customer service skills, be reliable and self-motivated
Able to communicate effectively with many different types of people
Handle all incoming Beverage Requests through Outlook and add to Calendar
Manage Outlook calendar to ensure all Hospitality requests are fulfilled and completed accurately
Execute conference room set-ups and take- downs per the authorized work order in accordance with time and date requirements.
Ensure conference rooms are stocked with meeting / office supplies (whiteboard markers, flip charts, flip chart markers, etc.).
Maintain appropriate stock of coffee and beverages for coffee/copy convenience areas.
Cover Reception during lunches or emergencies
Possess a "can do" attitude and can effectively work individually or in a team environment
Other duties as assigned by manager
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
